Common questions
How quickly will I get an answer?
On chat, usually within minutes during the day and the same conversation is waiting for you if you start it at night. Email is slower — allow a working day.
Do I need an appointment?
No. There is no appointment, no office visit and no call centre queue. The whole process, including signing your Form 16, happens on your phone. If you would prefer a scheduled call, ask for one on chat.
Can I come to the office?
The process is designed to run remotely and that is how almost everyone uses it. If you genuinely need to come in, arrange it with us first rather than arriving — there is no walk-in counter.
How do I make a complaint?
Tell us first, by email so there is a record, or on chat. If we cannot resolve it, you may take it to the National Credit Regulator or the National Consumer Tribunal, and we will give you the reference details you need.
Is this number really DS4U?
